02 - ONLINE REGISTRATION / PACKAGE SELECTION
At ONLINE REGISTRATION AREA, fill a simple registration forms, followed by PACKAGE SELECTION.

PACKAGE SELECTION: At this area tourists can tell us, what are they looking for. They can fill the details of their past medical history and in area of required treatment, accommodation, details of procedure treatment required with sort of accommodation/ hotel required can be written. Also one can mention about desired airline, airport reception and transfer to hotel/ hospital. Hospital services, tourist packages, and other personalized services, provided by Wellness Visit.

Once tourists send this forms filled, we will contact and give the price packages for required services. After knowing the costs involved the important step of payment to be completed. There are two possible options which can be selected at this point:

OPTION 1: Pay 50% of amount of the whole package to reserve the dates and schedule of the medical tourism journey. Rest of the 50% amount is collected at check in at those locations, once tourists/ guests are in Malaysia.

OR

OPTION 2: Tourists/ patients may opt to pay 200 USD, non refundable to talk to doctor first, and then select package.

03 - CONFIRMATION OF PROCEDURE/ DOCTOR
Once a tourist has registered with either package or an appointment with Malaysian Specialist Doctor, we will arrange a direct call meeting/ or online meeting, whichever is feasible and convenient. Doctor will finalize about the required information and investigation if needed, to proceed for air travel. This is very important step to prevent any wrong diagnosis and avoid hassle of unfruitful journey.

WHILE IN MALAYSIA

04 - RECEPTION AT AIRPORT
On arrival at airport, Wellness Visit team will receive our esteemed guests. We will ensure that you are given every important facility, like comfortable vehicle, which may be of your choice, to take you to your accommodation or even direct to hospital. Wellness Visit provides the options of personalized services, like translator for non English speaking tourists. Also they can book Chauffeur, nursing aid, domestic maid etc (PLEASE CHECK PERSONALIZED SERVICES).

05 - VISIT/ STAY HOSPITAL
Wellness Visit, hospital stay facilitator will accompany your first visit to your hospital. Our partner HOSPITALS provide facilities to keep you comfortable, secure and relaxed. Wellness Visit

06 - ACCOMMODATION
Wellness Visit has arranged quality accommodations, which are booked before tourists come to Malaysia, or we can take our guests around to choose, once they reach here. Accommodations are selected from a variety of quality hotels and residences.

07 - REMAINING PAYMENTS
All the details of payments will be informed to our tourists before they leave for Malaysia.

On arrival we will take you to your hotel or hospital, and will update the schedule of payments. We advise our tourists strongly that come prepared to pay for the services, as hospitals charge for procedure costs on the day of registration/ check in at hospital.

08 - OPERATION/ PROCEDURE
Operation or procedures are carried as planned by doctors/ hospital and discussed finalized with patients. Certainly the areas of care provision are well taken care. During this phase Wellness Visit hospital facilitators, will be in close contact to keep patient/ companion comfortable, and taking care of their requirements and needs.

09 - DISCHARGE AND RECOVERY PHASE

Once discharged from hospital tourists/ patients can recuperate at their accommodation, and if allowed they can go for a tourist trip. Wellness visit will provide facilities to choose the choice destinations for tourism or stay at their accommodations as comfortable as possible.

10 - TOURIST PACKAGE
Wellness Visit arranges tours before the procedure/ treatment or after it, to suite best to the convenience of the tourist, keeping in view doctor advice. Wellness Visit at TOURIST PACKAGE AREA, have partnered with some of the leading tourism operators to customize their tours to best fit our tourists/ patients before or after procedure/ treatment.

Tourists can choose any packages once they are here in Malaysia.

11 - RETURN TO HOME LAND
Tourist will be provided guidance and assistance to go for tourist package and shopping. Their arrangements will be made to return home safely.

We will arrange/ provide assistance in any of the stops of their trip any where required. We want our tourist to make sure, they discuss every bit of their details with us, if they like to.
