Tunku Abdul Rahman Park - Start your Wellness Visit from this marine park - a cluster of islands comprising Pulau Gaya, Pulau Sapi, Pulau Manukan, Pulau Mamutik and Pulau Sulug, all only 10 - 20 minute speedboat ride from the city of Kota Kinabalu. The five islands of the Marine Park are characterized by shallow waters, sumptuous coral gardens and all boast splendid white sandy beaches and unpolluted clear waters. Feast your eyes on the marine life when you go scuba diving and water walking. There are also many other islands around Sabah which are divers & snorkelers haven.

On the mainland one can enjoy the various ‘tamu’ (market) in different locations i.e. Tamparuli, Keningau, Tuaran, Kota Belud & Kota Marudu. A great way to discover local produce and unique handicrafts. At a tamu visitors can bargain for handicrafts, particularly intricate beaded work and hand woven cloth besides getting to know the local-grown vegetables, dried fish, tropical fruits and edible seaweed.
