Q: How do I plan my trip?
A: Once you have reached us via Contact Us or Online Registration you will be contacted by our personnel who will guide you through the process of planning your Wellness trip.
Q: How do I choose a suitable package?
A: Our packages for the tour and treatment vary according to the budget and facilities available i.e destination, accommodation/ tour/ personalized facilities, choice of hospital and medical professionals and recommended treatment.
Our personnel who will be your guide throughout will assist in furnishing you with all necessary information for you to make the best decision.
Q: How do I make a safe trip?
A: Our personnel, your Wellness Visit guide will be with you at every stage. You are also advised to take up the tour insurance package and go through all information that will be made available to you
Q: What will suit me better, the tour first or the treatment first?
A: Both options are available but our doctors will be able to advise you better depending on your medical condition and treatment sought. For example, a guest / patient who may have to undergo Orthopedic Surgery may not find it comfortable to walk for long distances following the surgery. In this case we advise the guest / patient to go for their tour first as this will help reduce stress and get them prepared for the challenge of surgery and the process of recovery.

A: We provide you with a variety of options for Accomodations depending on your budget and location of choice.

A: Options are available at Hospital and Doctors. More information can be provided upon request to help let you make a better decision

A: Yes, we have a very experienced partner who provides a very comprehensive cover while our tourists/ patients are recovering at their accommodation.
Q: What if I need to refer to my Malaysian doctors upon returning home?
A: We at Wellness Visit will be happy to assist you in anyway possible.
Q: What measures can reduce cost?
A: Our Wellness Visit facilitator whom you will be in close contact with will advise you accordingly as this will be on a case-to-case basis.
